What if I have to cancel my reservation?

We understand that things happen that might prevent you from keeping your appointment with us. Remember, however, that we are holding the spots on the tour for you based on your reservation. Accordingly, we have instituted a cancellation policy that is fair to all parties. If you notify us of your need to cancel 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled tour, we will be glad to provide a refund. After that time, you may reschedule your tour for up to 12 months.

What if I am miss the tour or am late?

All reservations are non-refundable. Once your purchase your spots, it’s just like any other kind of event, concert, etc. They are your spots and if you decide not to use them, we are unable to re-sell them. Once you commit to buy, payments are made by us to various locations that we cannot get back and we reserve your places on the tour. You are welcome to sell or give the reservations to someone else but we do not buy them back. We do try to accomodate for you if you are late, but cannot always wait, since there are others on the tour. Catching up, once a tour is underway, is almost impossible. Guides will not be available to contact by phone since they will be giving their full attention to the guests.
