What is the cancellation policy?

When you make a reservation, you close out space for other people and we are obligated to honor your reservation. We do understand that things can happen to change plans, so we have a policy that is fair to all. If you cancel 24hours or more prior to the tour, we will refund you, less the service charge. After that, we will issue you a gift card which can be used for one year. The card is transferrable.

What is the cost?

$25 for Adults $10 for Children 6-12 FREE for Children 5 & under

Do I pay in advance?

Yes. Please pay when you make your reservation.

Are credit cards accepted?

Yes, we accept cash, check or credit card.

What if it rains?

We tour in all sorts of weather, just dress appropriately. If you prefer not to tour in inclement weather, we understand. In case of hurricanes – call (813) 505-6779 for information.

How long is the tour?

The tour normally lasts approximately 110 minutes. We go as fast as the slowest and pause at regular intervals.

When are tours scheduled?

Tours meet at 11am. From December to April a 2pm tour is added.

Who leads the tour?

All tours are conducted by a qualified and trained guide. Each guide has received outstanding reviews on and constantly strive to provide the best tour experience possible. With their love of history and encyclopedic knowledge of Tampa, entertaining and educating you on your visit is their goal.
